A research programme collected field data on paper forms that were transported to a central office and re-entered manually. Transcription introduced errors, results arrived weeks late, and there was no way to validate answers at the point of collection.
We delivered a survey platform where questionnaires are built once and deployed to both web and Android. Enumerators collect data offline in the field with validation rules applied at entry, and submissions synchronise when connectivity returns. Responses feed directly into dashboards and structured exports.
Manual transcription was removed from the process, validation happens at the point of collection rather than during cleaning, and analysis begins as soon as devices synchronise instead of after data entry.
